The machine is small. It has a stainless material that looks pretty resistant, I had a machine that had a lot of plastic details and it was horrible.

The machine itself is amazing, and gets up to temperature very quickly compared to traditional HX machines. Once you dial in, the shots are consistent and just a great workflow with the ability to steam at the same time. On a side note, the curtained service team was fantastic and kept me updated the entire time on the order process, even making sure I was aware of any changes in delivery by UPS (outside their control)… not much more I can say, I don’t think you will be disappointed …
