A Classic Improved

The Kony S features micrometric stepless grinding adjustments and a chrome plated fork rest. The new adjustment collar also allows for easy, accessible cleaning of the grinding chamber without losing the last saved grind setting.

Easily Programmable

It also comes with programmable controls and a doser funnel for your grounds. The controls allow you to program your shots, you can set up 3 different shots and pulse when needed. Grind Flow Control System

The Kony S features a new Grind Flow Control System. It consists of two aluminum wire dampers and guarantees clump-free grounds regardless of coffee variables or weather.

Cool Grinding

This commercial coffee grinder features 2 cooling fans to ensure a cool chamber. Mazzer placed 63 mm conical burrs in this coffee grinder which the burrs to grind with added torque while keeping cool and producing very consistent results. It is definitely just as fast though. It’s 63 mm steel conical burrs allow it speed through 4 grams per second while keeping the beans nice and cool at 450 rpms.

Sturdy and Durable
