Since 1905 la Pavoni has produced the finest commercial espresso machines. The BAR Series Lever machine is a full size commercial espresso machine. Featuring lever pull down coffee groups allowing for total control of the coffee delivery. T models feature programmable volumetric touch pads.
This model also features piston operated lever arms to draw shots of espresso. The unit is equipped with separate solenoids, allowing multiple users to operate the unit simultaneously. Equipped with boiler auto-fill systems and mounted pressure gauges.

This coffee machine is good but you need some knowledge as a barista to use it properly. It took me time to learn everything but once you get it, you won’t regret it, makes an amazing espresso and because of the 3 groups and the size of the water tank, you save a lot of time in the work day. Great buy!!
